Tiffani is the Director of Business Development and a Co-Operator of Dominion Group. She has been in real estate since 2009, bringing a depth of experience and consistency that has shaped her reputation in the industry.
Before transitioning into real estate, she worked as a financial trust analyst and supervisor with Stewart Enterprise, building a strong foundation in structure, accountability, and client stewardship.
Today, she plays a central role in the growth and expansion of Dominion Group, building alongside her husband, Brett, as well as Nicole and Louis Williams. Her approach is both strategic and service-driven, with a track record that reflects strong performance and lasting client relationships. She continues to scale the business with intention, holding a high standard across every touchpoint.
Outside of work, Tiffani values time with her husband, their son and daughter, and their two dogs, staying grounded in what matters most.
