Nicole is the Director of Operations and a Co-Operator of Dominion Group. With over a decade in real estate, she entered the industry with immediate impact, earning Rookie of the Year in her first year and building a career defined by consistency and client trust.
Her focus has always been on guiding buyers through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives, helping them find not just a property, but a place that truly feels like home. Behind the scenes, Nicole brings structure, efficiency, and clarity to the organization, ensuring the business runs with intention and precision.
In addition to real estate, she is the co-founder and co-owner of Bayou Yoga in Mandeville, a space rooted in community, connection, and well-being. Originally from Canada, Nicole has called the Northshore home since 2010.
Outside of work, she values time with her son, Ryan, who is pursuing his passion for college football, along with her two dogs, Bubba and Lula.
