I'm also co-founder/co-owner of a local studio in Mandeville, Bayou Yoga. I'm a Canadian native but have made the Northshore my home since 2010.

I have a 19-year-old son, Ryan. He's attending a small business school in Texas where he is following his dream of playing college football. Can't forget about my 2 fur babies; Bubba and Lula. Ask me about them when we meet!
